All ports are integrated into the tank design with internal radii for smooth flow and transitions, and eliminates the need to drill holes during fabrication which reduces the likelihood of foreign objects getting into the core during the build process.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThey also feature a full size heat shield that doubles as the core mounting plate. We use our proprietary studs and flexible urethane receivers to create a strong mounting system that has flexibility for engine movement.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEach core is welded and pressure tested in house to insure our parts are leak free. Each core is equipped with large -12 ORB water ports, 2.5″ charge inlets, and 3.5″ charge outlets.
