Pre-Order & Back-Order Items
Many high-performance parts we carry are made to order or shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items marked as pre-order or back order are not in stock at the time of purchase. Placing an order reserves your unit in the production/fulfillment queue; it does not mean the item ships immediately.
Lead Times
Lead times on pre-order and back-ordered items vary and are estimates only. They depend entirely on the manufacturer's production and restock schedule and are outside of our direct control. We will pass along any updates the manufacturer provides. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that the wait may be extended and that delays do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change a pre-order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@sbxperformance.com. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been submitted to the manufacturer. Customer-requested cancellations made after payment has been processed may be subject to a nonrefundable payment-processing fee equal to the actual transaction fee charged to SBX Performance by the customer’s payment provider; these fees vary by payment method, card type, customer location, and financing option, and orders paid through financing or installment services may carry substantially higher nonrefundable processing fees. The exact processing fee charged to SBX Performance will be deducted from the refund, and SBX Performance will not deduct more than the actual nonrefundable payment-processing cost. This fee does not apply when SBX Performance cannot fulfill the order, the product was incorrectly represented as available, the cancellation resulted from an error by SBX Performance, or SBX Performance voluntarily cancels because of a supplier or fulfillment issue. Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items are generally non-cancellable once production has begun, and a separate restocking or supplier cancellation fee may apply where the manufacturer charges SBX Performance a nonrefundable fee.
Refunds
Where a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method. Processing fees may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law. Items that have shipped are subject to our standard returns process; opened, installed, or used parts may not be eligible for return. Electronic/tuning products and other non-returnable items are excluded from returns once delivered or activated.
