📄 SBX Performance Terms & Conditions Agreement
By checking the box during checkout or submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that some products sold by SBX Performance are designed for off-road or racing use only, and may not be legal for use on public roads or highways.
I accept full responsibility for ensuring that any products purchased comply with local, state, and federal laws, including emissions regulations.
I understand that SBX Performance is not responsible for my misuse or misapplication of any product, or for ensuring its compliance with any vehicle safety or emissions standards.
I acknowledge that some products may include Proposition 65 warnings for California residents and may contain chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
I understand that products not CARB-certified are not legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in California and are intended strictly for race/off-road use only.
By placing an order, I agree to assume all legal responsibility for how and where these products are used.
I understand that SBX Performance is not responsible for any import duties, VAT, tariffs, customs fees, or clearance charges imposed by my local government.
These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer, and refusal to pay them may result in package abandonment without refund.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that all information provided in the order is correct.
I understand that products labeled as "Special Order" or "Made-to-Order" are custom-manufactured specifically for me and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date for eligible items.
To qualify, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by SBX Performance.
All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Some vendors may charge a higher fee depending on the product type or condition.
Restocking fees and shipping fees will be waived if the return is a result of our error (e.g. wrong item shipped).
Special Order or Made-to-Order Items
Opened, used, installed, or modified items
Clearance, open-box, or overstock items
Incomplete returns or damaged returns due to poor repackaging
Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)
Gift cards
International shipments
Items returned without a valid RMA
Items purchased as part of a kit or combo must be returned in full. Partial kit returns are not accepted.
Inspect all deliveries upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours so we can initiate a replacement or resolution.
If your item is covered under manufacturer warranty, SBX Performance will do everything within our power to work with the manufacturer on your behalf to help resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders that are refused or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be treated as standard returns.
All associated shipping costs, return freight charges, and return-to-sender fees will be deducted from the final refund.
Refusing a shipment may result in additional processing delays or warehouse rejection.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, submit a return and place a new order once your return is approved.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Once an order is being processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
All approved cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on vendor, item, and fulfillment stage.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel within 14 days without justification.
Products must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Please allow additional processing time from your bank or card issuer.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact sales@sbxperformance.com.
To initiate a return or cancellation, contact us at sales@sbxperformance.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
SBX Performance respects your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website is used solely to process orders, provide customer service, and improve your shopping experience.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to complete your purchase or comply with legal requirements.
Payment information is encrypted and processed securely via our trusted e-commerce platform.
