Order Fulfillment & Processing
- Handling Time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
- Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery Estimates (U.S.): Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days of shipment. International timelines vary due to customs and carrier performance.
Shipping Policy – Tariffs & Import Fees
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable tariff, duty, or import fees charged by their country’s customs office. SBX Performance is not liable for these costs.

Funk Motorsport, Airtec, and Infinity Design products ship directly from warehouses in the UK. Orders for these brands may incur import duties or tariffs upon delivery.

For most other brands, any expected tariffs have already been factored into the product pricing to simplify the checkout process.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that any import-related fees are your responsibility.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates (U.S.)
Straightforward rates with no hidden fees:

Exclusions: Oversized freight items, shipments to Hawaii/Puerto Rico, and all international orders do not qualify for free shipping. If your order would ordinarily qualify for free shipping but requires additional costs due to location or size, we’ll cover as much as possible; however, you may still be responsible for a portion of the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Oversized Freight (U.S. Only)
Certain products ship via freight due to size and/or weight. While we work to absorb most freight costs, customers may still be responsible for a portion. Any freight charges will be calculated and presented at checkout. We’ll contact you if an adjustment is required prior to shipment.

Local Pickup
Prefer to pick up? We offer local pickup or I will meet you in Southern New York. We are located in Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Please Contact us to schedule arrangements.
International Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Costs: International shipping fees are paid by the customer and do not qualify for the Free Shipping Program. We’ll cover as much as possible; however, please be prepared to pay for shipping at checkout.
- Duties/Taxes: Import duties, VAT, tariffs, and fees are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot mark packages as gifts or undervalue products (thats illegal don't even try)
- Transit Times: Delivery may be extended due to customs processing and carrier performance.
Canadian Customers: Please email sales@sbxperformance.com before checkout for an accurate freight quote.
Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Although Hawaii and Puerto Rico are U.S. territories, most carriers apply international-rate pricing. Additional shipping costs will apply and may not always calculate perfectly at checkout.
- For orders $499+, we will absorb as much of the cost as possible; however, please be prepared to contribute to shipping.
- If you have concerns about shipping rates, please contact us before placing your order.
Special Order & Made-to-Order Items
- Products marked “Special Order” or “Made-to-Order” are custom and cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
- We will contact you to confirm order details after purchase.
- All such orders are final sale (no returns, refunds, or cancellations).
California Emissions Disclaimer
Some performance products are not CARB-compliant and are intended for off-road or race use only. By purchasing, you agree that you will not use these products on public roads in California, that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, and that SBX Performance is not liable for misuse or legal consequences arising from non-compliance.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- SBX Performance is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit unless shipping protection was selected at checkout.
- For damage in transit, please file a claim with the carrier. We’re happy to assist with documentation.
- Tracking information is provided to help you monitor delivery status.
