How you redeem

Spend credits straight from your cart. Each credit is worth $0.01, rewards go up to 5% of your order, and the discount applies itself at checkout so there's no code to copy or paste.

A note on price-protected brands. Some manufacturers set the lowest price we're allowed to sell at, so we can't put a normal discount on their parts. You can still spend credits on them, just at a smaller rate: up to 3% of those items. Everything else in your cart takes credits at full value. The credits box in your cart does the math for you and shows your exact limit before you spend a thing, so you'll never burn credits on a code that won't work.

Program terms

  • Subject to change: SBX Performance LLC may change, pause, or end the SBX Rewards program, including earn rates, VIP tiers, redemption values, and bonuses, at any time and without notice.
  • No cash value: Credits have no cash value, are not property, and are non-transferable. They can only be redeemed for discount codes through the program.
  • Reward codes: Redemption and referral codes are single-use, expire 90 days after they're issued, require the stated minimum order, and can't be combined with other discounts or promo codes.
  • Unused codes come back to you: If you redeem credits for a code and never use it, we automatically cancel the code and return the credits to your account. You don't have to ask.
  • Price-protected items: Products from brands that enforce a minimum advertised price accept credits for up to 3% of those items. Military, ID.me, and promo codes don't apply to them at all.
  • Discounted orders: Orders that use another coupon or discount code don't earn credits, except verified ID.me discounts and the program's own referral and reward codes.
  • Referrals: Referral credits are awarded only after the referred friend's qualifying order ships and are subject to fraud review. Self-referrals and abuse aren't allowed.
  • Adjustments: Credits earned on returned, refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders may be removed. SBX may adjust or void credits and remove accounts for abuse. All SBX decisions about the program are final.
