Got an upgraded intake manifold or fuel rail on your K series and that big plastic idle air assist valve is right in the way? This Hybrid Racing delete kit gets rid of it. The idle air assist valve was designed to raise idle speed during cold starts to speed up warm-up; once coolant hits 160°F it stops doing anything useful and just takes up space. A properly functioning IACV already handles idle control, so the air assist valve is not doing anything the IACV is not already doing.
The kit includes everything needed to plug the two ports it leaves behind, and the finish blends in with the factory intake manifold for an OEM+ delete that does not detract from the build.
Especially Useful on RSX, TSX, EP3 and 8th Gen Civic Builds
If you are running an aftermarket fuel rail on an RSX, TSX, EP3 or 8th gen Civic, this valve is constantly in the way. It sits right where upgraded fuel rails want to go, and the hose running between the valve cover and intake manifold is an eyesore on a built engine bay. Deleting it cleans everything up and gives you the clearance you need.

Note: depending on your engine and intake manifold the kit installs into either the factory water outlet neck or the intake manifold. Check which location your idle air assist valve connects to before installing.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of purchase your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
-Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
-Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
