Dual Cool Radiator
A next-generation intelligent cooling system that manages water temperature and oil temperature in a single, integrated manner. Developed in collaboration with DAIWA RACING LAB, this system adopts a new approach that differs from the conventional "radiator + air-cooled oil cooler" configuration, incorporating a water-cooled oil cooler. This DUAL COOL system saves space in the engine bay and improves cooling efficiency.

Product Features - 3 Key Points
- 1. Water-temperature-linked management, less affected by airflow. Unlike air-cooled systems, this uses a water-cooled (built-in) system that uses water temperature to control oil temperature. Winter: designed to transfer water temperature heat to the oil, shortening warm-up time. Summer: by maintaining a stable water temperature, it suppresses oil temperature rise under harsh conditions.
- 2. Efficient heat exchange using rectangular fins. Unlike conventional round fins that contact the tube at a single point, rectangular (trapezoidal) fins increase contact area, reducing heat transfer loss. Louvers designed at a specific angle efficiently direct airflow for cooling.
- 3. Heat dissipation improved by a 0.05mm reduction in thickness. Tube thickness reduced from the typical 0.3mm to 0.25mm, shortening the distance between coolant and outside air. The weight reduction from the integrated structure minimizes front overhang weight, benefiting turn-in.
