Designed for the A45S, GLA45S and CLA45S, this intake follows the factory layout with a single inlet built around the factory air feed — more than capable of supplying adequate air even for Stage 3 hybrid-turbo cars. An additional opening on the right-hand side, away from engine heat, has shown improved performance.
A bespoke double-cone filter with a 170 mm (6¾") opening lets the turbo draw in the maximum amount of air, while a single venturi inlet tube smooths the airflow to improve throttle response and increase horsepower and torque. The smoother, less restrictive design also allows faster turbo spool-up and sharper dynamic response.
The fully sealed design keeps high-temperature engine-bay air out, holding intake air temperatures at their lowest at all times so the ECU does not pull ignition timing — heatsoak is effectively non-existent. CFD analysis confirmed smooth, non-turbulent airflow across the filter.
Performance Testing
Dyno tests were performed under strict controlled conditions at one of the UK's most respected Mercedes tuning companies. A Stage 3 car with a larger turbo, downpipe and ECU tune making over 500 hp was used for the comparison, showing a genuine increase of 14–18 hp from 5200–6900 rpm along with earlier turbo spool-up and increased low-end torque.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of purchase your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
-Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
-Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
