Swap a K series into an S2000 or a Miata and the factory steel hard line that routes the coolant return around the back of the engine simply does not fit — the firewall is in the wrong place and the heater core is not where Honda expected it. This Hybrid Racing fitting slips into the opening on the thermostat housing and gives you a 5/8 inch hose barb, so you can run a rubber hose straight from the heater core to the block. No hard line, no bending pipes that will not bend.
The kit includes two stainless steel retention brackets (one flat for PRB engines, one notched for RBB/RBC/R40 engines) and an O-ring. The fitting slips in, the O-ring seals it and the bracket clamps it down so it will not vibrate loose or push out under coolant pressure. It also works on the factory chassis if you are turbocharging an RSX or Civic Si and want to delete the factory hard line, or on EG/EK/DC K swaps for a cleaner engine bay.
Two Brackets Because PRB and RBB Housings Differ
The flat bracket is for PRB engines — K20A2, K20A3, K20Z1 and K24A1. The notched bracket is for RBB, RBC and R40 engines — K20Z3, K24A2, K24A4, K24A8, K24Z1, K24Z2, K24Z3 and K24Z7. The thermostat housing is shaped differently between those two engine families, and the notched bracket is cut to clear the RBB/RBC/R40 housing.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of purchase your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
-Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
-Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
