Market Description
- ICON's 2014-UP Ram 2500 4WD 2.5” Stage 4 Suspension System is made up of dual rate front coil springs, necessary bracketry and hardware, front adjustable track bar, as well as 2.5 Aluminum Series reservoir front and rear shocks with CDCV. This system improves ride quality and performance both on and off-road. The ICON stage 4 system is great for towing, rough construction site terrain, and country dirt roads all while keeping a smooth highway feel. ICON 2.5" reservoir shocks with CDCV ensure optimum performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping regardless of situation, keeping the shocks at a cooler operating temperature during heavy use. The ICON CDC Valve upgrade is included in this stage for those desiring an easy way to tune the ride externally. An adjustable track bar with FK bearings is used to not only improve rigidity over the flexible factory joints, but offer adjustability to center the front axle under the truck. With the endless hours ICON has spent testing and tuning our suspension components and shocks as a complete package, you can rest assured you have the best suspension solution on the market.
- After a thorough inspection of the Ram’s air ride assembly, ICON developed components that properly locate the airbags and associated parts so they are not over-traveled and damaged. This air ride-specific system allows for full functionality of factory air ride modes. Use of optional ICON 2" Air Ride Kit (Part #214212) allows for end-user adjustability of rear ride height from stock to 2" over stock.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days of purchase your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
-Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused and in original packaging.
-Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
-Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
